When logging in to your account, a safe way is to log in to the account on the same computer or mobile phone through the same browser. If you frequently sign in to your account on different devices through different browsers, your account activity may be considered suspicious and the service provider will disable your account.
Test results can be accessed and reviewed through your patient portal. If you’re having issues locating your patient portal, the portal locator will help you find it. If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.

Athenahealth doesn’t have an online help desk for customer service, but you can call them on the phone. You can only get help from Athenahealth one way that we know of and that is by phone. And again, if you didn’t realize it was an option and you’d rather have a dialog with somebody, you can actually phone them.
